This is your daily reset tool. Palo Santo is a bridge between Regulation and Integration. It releases a grounding, woody scent with notes of pine, mint, and lemon that triggers peace and calm. And through the ritual of smudging, it clears negative energy, which is essential for staying in the positive, high-vibration state required to walk the path to your desired life.

Smudging = a ritual using smoke from burning herbs or wood to purify a space

To use, light the tip of the stick and allow the wood to burn for under a minute before blowing out the flame. Relight as needed. Each stick is approximately 10cm (4in) long.
