  • The FRAME app consists of three sections – PURPOSE, MINDSET, FOCUS.

    PURPOSE: Define your life plan and keep it at the forefront of your mind.

    Elements of this section include:

    • Use the integrated purpose guide to identify your strengths, interests, values, and identity. Then use this information to develop your life purpose statement(s), goals, and intentions.

    • Develop rituals to keep your purpose, goals, and intentions top of mind.

    MINDSET: Tools to cultivate a powerful and peaceful mindset.

    Elements of this section include:

    • Monthly journal prompt to deep dive into limiting beliefs or past experiences that are negatively impacting your mindset.

    • Seed Thoughts: seeds to plant in the garden of your mind. Add your expanded beliefs, inspiring quotes, mantras, affirmations, etc. here to fill your mind with the thoughts that bring about the reality you want.  FRAME also provides an inspiring Seed of the Day you can add to your collection.

    FOCUS: Set and maintain focus on key areas that support your purpose, goals, and intentions.

    • Set three focus items for each year, month, and week.

    • Focus on habits that make you the person you want to be.

    Dedicate 5-10 minutes a day to your mental practice and see how your mind and life transform.

    For example:

    • Start each day with a review of your seed thoughts and focus while still in bed, setting a positive tone for a productive and inspired day.

    • On Sunday evenings, do a mental visualization of your current intentions and set your three focus items for the upcoming week.

  • Meditation is a spiritual practice to quiet the mind and body and tap into inner wisdom/deep connection/your truest self.

    FRAME is a mental practice to get clear on what you want and master the mindset and focus to achieve it.

    Mind, body and soul are interconnected, with each aspect contributing to overall health and building on each other.  For example, through meditation you can tap into wisdom that shapes your mental and physical practices.  Similarly, physical activity can boost your mood and self-esteem, supporting deeper engagement in your mental and spiritual practices.
